What to do when TW bites?
This list should be helpful the next time TW decides "There is an outtage in the Dayton area. If you would still like to speak to a representative, please press 4." (I need a larger series of tubes).

I LOVE the first item on the list... "Open the curtains to see if anything has changed over the past 2 years." Of course, that means you might have to see the sun...

Just as a quick aside, maybe you shouldn't be posting things about how you need a larger tube..??
