DnB holiday party...

So our group went to Dave and Busters for a holiday party/Secret Santa gift exchange/pool tournament/team building activity. Excellent SS gifts were opened after lunch. Some were exceptionally creative. I got a Grey's Anatomy Calendar, and it thankfully still has Kate Walsh on it, even though she's on Private Practice now with Paul Adelstein and that guy from Wings who I like in a short running series about high tech espionage that I can never remember the name of. Anyway the pool tournament was the first item under way as Matt and Scott are massive pool sharks. As it turns out, I drew Matt as my competition and knew I was doomed from the start because he had brought his own cue. So I figured somewhere toward the end of the game that I would try to cheat by pulling a ball out of a hole and placing it back on the table. It worked the first time and Matt sunk it again. So I attempted to cheat again and place the same ball back on the table, only Matt caught me out of his periphery and called me out. It was still funny picking on him, as he's a good sport for the occasional tease. Remember the projector incident? :-D After I lost to Matt it was off to some random arcade games, but there was this spinning wheel light game that if you landed on the jackpot, you got 1000 tickets. I landed on the Jackpot first try. I then decided that i would play out the end of my credits, and see how many tickets I could get. I wound up with around 1700 and then decided to see if I could find some 100 point item and get 1 of them for everyone on the team. (We had 16 people) I found some shot glasses for 110 points and with some added points from Greg, got everyone a shot glass as any xmas gift. Good times, a great team, and an excellent year. I'm looking forward to the next one.
