SK praises HP & JKR...

Stephen King wrote a reflection on the Harry Potter series in which he praises JK Rowling for crafting a superior 4000+ page series. Those in the know, may be cognizant of both author's works on my shelf and if you are fortunate enough to be versed in both authors, you shouldn't be surprised to see SK's praise of the HP series. (Read the Dark Tower series and you'll know.) I must admit that I may have initially read the HP series in too quick a fashion to recall every nuance, but I did complete the 7th novel in a very quick fashion so as to not be spoiled by possible review headlines. I do agree with SK on the idea that the joy of reading has not been lost, as I enjoy an hour or so before turning in for the evening. I must admit that I'm more proud of my book collection than my movie collection, as I've actually read all my books as opposed to having not watched all my movies. Currently I'm enjoying Michael Crichton's Next and I believe that completes my reading of his available novels. I'm looking for a new, long series to read, so send me some suggestions.
